I had a life, but facebook ate it.

Howdy,

not felt like updating blog over last couple of days due to lack of motivation and lack of events happening. It seems that all the events were saving themselves up for a rainy day... and now i report on them all.

Last weekend went by fast. Had Kallam on Saturday, which went by fast, wish i had more time to spend with him. He makes life more enjoyable. I didn't have Rhys at the time because for some reason or another he wanted to stay at home. He kicked, screamed, clawed his way back to the house when she tried to give him to me. In the end she kept him while I took Kallam.

The last couple of days went by in a haze, same usual stuff. Work, got home, went on comp and then went to my remshackle of a bedroom and step pumped up my blow up bed. how exciting.... then recently old friends have been popping up on Facebook. James, who I've not talked to in about 10 years, and friends i met through him (think I've mentioned in previous posts). Anyway, he asked me last night if i was interested in going on holiday with him and his fr
iend. Quite unsure about it, as I've not seen him in 10 years and hes like a stranger, even though he states he hasn't changed. We'll see though. He's invited me out for a drink at the weekend.

I've known James since infants and stayed friends through primary school through to High School. Wasn't the best of friendships, we used to be on and off friends mostly. This was either because he lied or for other reasons, which seem silly now. He has a totally different personality then me, mostly due to his upbringing. His father was a keen hunter, hunting anything from pheasants to rabbits. I'd often find a few dead rabbits in his bathroom and ferrets in the back yard. All of it i found amazing seeing as though i had quite a normal life compared to his. I got to know his family quite well back then and even went on holiday with them to Wales. The photo to the right is a school one showing me (in red, with glasses and pointy ears) and James (above me, with tracksuit and a scratch on photo, which i did during one of our friend tiffs). I'm happy to be in contact again non the less, even if we did have more arguments then good times lol

Another strange thing happened too. I was offered a place to stay. I'd have to pay rent and other stuff, but found out theres a bed and all the things I'd need. A lady, who i hardly know, but chat with from time to time, said I'd be welcome to stay. I'm hesitant to accept he offer, but said to myself I'd go and take a look to see what its like. I'll post photos up of the place when i can.

This upcoming weekends set to be a busy one. I have the kids overnight on Friday, Saturday I'm going to see Indy 4 with friends and sat night going out with James. Can't wait. 'Bout time i got social.

On a more funnier note, i found these pics, which had me LOL-in all over the show. They are from http://www.Worth100.com. The site is mainly based around Photoshop based contests to challenge designers to be creative and what not. I check to see how creative some can be and for a good laugh. Check it out.

This contest in question was entitled "If Babys Ruled the World". Check out some of the designs that some came up with. :P

My favorate is the motor pram, third from last lol. Will post more pics i find amusing at a later date.

Update ya Later!

Glad you had a good weekend. I reckon the new people in your life are to compensate the relationship which you just lost. Make the most of them! Have fun this weekend :)
